Almost forgot to mention, this is only the patcher, so you will have to download the actual software from the afore-mentioned website (Try for free).
Install the 'demo' version first, but do not run after installing.
Then, after downloading and extracting the patcher, choose from 32bit (x86) or 64bit (x64) version to patch.
Run the program and you're done!
WARNING: To run Hitfilm Ultimate, you must have the following minimum requirements for your graphic cards:
Graphics card: Intel HD 3000, NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT or AMD/ATI Radeon HD 2900 GT with at least 512 MB video memory and support for OpenGL 2.0.

I could not run the program after installing simply because my graphic card was too noob. D: So in the end I had to stick to other alternatives like Adobe After Effects...
